What is System and P-D-C-A Cycle ???

WHAT IS SYSTEM?
A System is :
  - Group of instructions to carry out the required process.
  - Set of Operations.

P-D-C-A CYCLE :
* What is P-D-C-A Cycle ?

  - PDCA (plan-do-check-act) sometimes seen as plan-do-check-adjust) is a repetitive four-stage model for continuous improvement in business process management. 
-PDCA was popularized by Dr. W. Edwards Deming, an American engineer, statistician and management consultant. Deming is often considered the father of modern quality control.


 -  The model is implemented to improve the quality and effectiveness of processes within product lifecycle managementproject management, human resource management (HRM), supply chain management (SCM) and many other areas of business.

P-D-C-A CYCLE WORKING :

1.PLAN :

-Do plan as per customer requirements, on the basis of resources.
2. DO :
 -  Develop and implement a design; decide upon a measurement to gauge its effectiveness.
3. CHECK :
 - Do Compliance Monitoring & Quality Assurance.
4. ACT :
- Document the results, inform others about process changes, and make recommendations for the problem to be addressed in the next PDCA cycle, Upgrade it.
